As a marketing arm of the joint venture between IMS Quantum Corp and LTE Environmental, for the development and implementation of Produced Water Solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry, Petranero is operated by the principal of IMS Quantum Corp, Jonathan Fletcher.
Jonathan S. Fletcher, PhD
Principal
Jonathan Fletcher grew up in Aiken, South Carolina, went to the
University of the South (Sewanee--BA in Chemistry), the University
of South Carolina (MS in Geology) and Penn State (PhD in Mineral
Economics). After periods in the Exploration and Resource
Development Department of Union Carbide as Manager of Financial
Analysis for US exploration and worldwide resource development
(mainly tungsten and uranium), he spent time in the oil and gas
exploration business as a member of the budgeting and planning team
of HBB, Inc.. He also taught courses in Oil and Gas Technology in
the Center for Management Development of the University of Denver.
As president of Vacu-Press International, he was responsible for the
manufacture and marketing of a piece of oil field service equipment.
In addition to his specialized experience in mineral resources, he has had an extensive career in the development of budgeting, planning and decision-making tools for a wide variety of industries, including forestry, transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, education and defense.
Dr. Fletcher's role in the IQ/LTE Joint Venture is as the principal architect of the Produced Water Integrated Planning Model as well as his role in marketing.
